Welcome to QRbox! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • QRbox, “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the company providing QRbox services.
  • You or User refers to any individual or business accessing or using QRbox.
  • Services refers to the QRbox platform, including digital menus, QR code features, and related tools provided through the platform.
  • Account refers to the registration and login details of users accessing QRbox services.
  • Subscription means recurring payment fees that are charged in advance on a monthly basis or some other recurring interval disclosed to the User prior to the purchase.

2. Account Registration

To use QRbox services, you must:

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensure no unauthorized access occurs under your account.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use QRbox only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
  • Using QRbox to create, share, or display illegal, harmful, or offensive content, including content that violates intellectual property rights.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of our services, including attempting to access or manipulate any part of the platform without proper authorization.
  • Modifying, distributing, or copying any part of the QRbox platform without authorization.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

QRbox offers subscription plans that grant access to specific features. Terms for payments and subscriptions are as follows:

  • All fees are clearly displayed - there are no extra or hidden charges beyond the subscription price.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access to paid features will remain active until the end of your billing period.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable laws or in cases where we have failed to meet service expectations.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
  • If you choose not to renew your subscription, your access to premium features will terminate after the subscription term.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, and designs provided by QRbox are the intellectual property of QRbox or its licensors.
  • You may not use QRbox’s branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.
  • Any unauthorized use of QRbox’s intellectual property may result in the suspension or termination of your account, as well as legal actions.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and services without notice if you:

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions.
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  • Fail to comply with subscription payment obligations or engage in activities that disrupt the platform.

Your account may also be terminated if you do not comply with any other policy we set forth, including our Privacy Policy or User Guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRbox is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, even if QRbox has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Loss of data, reputation, or business resulting from errors, interruptions, or unauthorized access.

8. Privacy

Your use of QRbox is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

QRbox reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of QRbox after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
